We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of a Trade Promotion Management platform. This role serves as the primary system expert, helping ensure data accuracy, process consistency, user adoption, and effective trade promotion execution. The position partners closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, IT, and external vendors to support reporting, system enhancements, and process improvements. What You Will Do:

  • Manage ongoing administration, functionality, and support of the TPM platform
  • Audit system information to ensure accuracy and address data discrepancies
  • Guide end users through system processes and create supporting documentation
  • Coordinate trade promotion activities, including planning, claims, deductions, accruals, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Liaise with Sales, Finance, IT, and external partners to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements
  • Drive automation initiatives and process enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures that support consistent TPM processes

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting TPM, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Systems, or similar functions
  • Hands-on experience managing or maintaining a Trade Promotion Management platform preferred
  • Experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment preferred
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and process optimization abilities
  • Experience supporting business systems and application administration
  • Understanding of reporting practices and data quality management
  • Familiarity with trade promotion planning, execution, and management processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business teams
  • Experience delivering end-user guidance, training, and system support
