What You Will Do:

• Assist in developing and refining HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and respectful workplace
• Support employee onboarding, ensuring new team members have a welcoming and smooth introduction
• Help manage employee relations and address workplace concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality
• Contribute to performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and promote professional development efforts
• Support compliance with employment laws and company policies

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
• Relevant HR certifications or training
• Experience working in diverse and inclusive environments
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
