Groundskeeper

Our client is seeking a Groundskeeper to support the appearance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of a manufacturing facility and surrounding property. This role is responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, operating landscaping equipment, assisting with seasonal property maintenance, and helping ensure a safe and professional environment for employees and visitors. What You Will Do:

• Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, mulching, and similar groundskeeping activities
• Perform routine property cleanup, including removal of litter, debris, and other materials from facility grounds
• Assist with snow and ice removal from walkways, parking areas, and other outdoor surfaces during winter conditions
• Operate and care for landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment
• Support exterior facility maintenance, including painting and pressure washing as needed
• Inspect outdoor areas for safety concerns and report maintenance issues or hazards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance across the property
• Work independently or alongside team members to complete daily maintenance priorities

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• At least one year of groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance, or related experience
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Working knowledge of basic landscaping and lawn care practices
• Experience operating common grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Dependable work ethic with strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining facility appearance
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and communicate maintenance concerns when identified
