What you will do:

Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 professionals, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations Coordinators
Oversee project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Manage multi-state licensing and compliance, including securing GC licenses
Support structural engineering and facility integration projects
Collaborate with leadership on business development, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives
Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and assist in securing new opportunities
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams
Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles
Ability to navigate multi-state licensing requirements
Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
Outgoing, relationship-focused leadership style with basic sales skills
