What You Will Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording, processing, and reporting of financial information
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of financial reporting
• Maintain and strengthen the internal control environment, including SOX compliance and audit readiness
• Ensure daily accounting activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and accounting standards
• Delegate, examine, approve, and occasionally prepare ad hoc financial analyses using operational and financial data
• Lead, mentor, and engage the accounting team to foster a strong performance-driven culture
• Serve as a financial advisor to management on business performance, financial plans, and process improvements
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, technology adoption, and process effectiveness

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong execution, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced team environment
