Our client is a leading provider of residential kitchen and bath solutions, specializing in high-quality products and services for homes. They are seeking a dynamic Builder Sales Manager to lead their Builder Division sales team. The Builder Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a team of representatives, and develop strategies to expand their market presence within the home builder channel. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, business development, and direct selling to key accounts. What You Will Do:

  • Direct and inspire the sales team to consistently meet revenue and growth objectives
  • Design and execute sales strategies tailored to residential builder kitchen and bath projects
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in the home builder market through active participation in industry events
  • Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with contractors, designers, architects, and facility managers
  • Manage key accounts while personally leading high-value sales initiatives
  • Partner with operations and design teams to ensure flawless project delivery
  • Track sales performance, develop accurate forecasts, and present results to senior leadership
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other industry functions
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to strengthen the sales staff’s capabilities

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Over 5 years of progressive sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Solid background in the construction-related industry with deep market knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Consistent record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Skilled in managing complex projects and cultivating long-term client relationships
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to driving sales growth
