We’re partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to fill a key NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Technician role. This position offers the chance to work on critical components that keep aircraft safe and reliable. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Non-Destructive Testing methods such as RT (Radiographic Testing) and PT (Penetrant Testing), along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. You’ll be part of a team that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement.  What you will do:

  • Develop, revise, and approve NDT techniques and work instructions for RT and PT
  • Act as instructor and examiner for NDT personnel; maintain certification records
  • Represent NDT on the Material Review Board and resolve quality issues
  • Oversee daily technical operations, audits, and compliance with NADCAP and OEM requirements
  • Coordinate calibration of X-ray and FPI equipment; manage NCR investigations
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and participate in QRB meetings

What you will need to be successful:

  • ASNT Level III certification
  • Eligible for NAS-410 Level 3 certification in RT (film and non-film) and PT
  • Strong communication skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Preferred: Casting house experience and familiarity with aerospace specifications
