We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support data management, document control, and supplier information collection activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured information, navigating internal systems, collaborating across teams, and identifying opportunities to improve processes. What You Will Do: 

  • Maintain accurate and well-structured company data and records
  • Leverage databases, documents, and multiple information sources to support operational activities
  • Access internal systems to retrieve forms, records, and required documentation
  • Manage and store documents within SharePoint and shared filing environments
  • Coordinate with team members and suppliers to gather the needed information and documentation
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying efficiencies and supporting implementation activities
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities while maintaining data integrity and timely task completion

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or business support capacity
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience utilizing SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other business technology platforms
  • Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional documentation
  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, document control processes, and supplier communications
