We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Specialist (Data Processor) to support vendor management and enterprise documentation operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, third-party vendors, and operational staff to ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in vendor management, data processing, and enterprise operations within a collaborative hybrid work environment.   • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, vendors, and operations to deliver services aligned with contract expectations
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships in partnership with technology teams and business units
  • Champion service offerings by guiding and influencing effective service usage decisions
  • Coordinate ongoing engagement with vendors to support operational requirements
  • Align with organizational strategy and change initiatives while providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Promote strategy execution and change adoption across peers and customers
  • Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and record tracking to meet EDS requirements
  • Partner proactively with vendor management and operational teams across Enterprise Documents and the broader organization
  • Contribute to assigned projects and initiatives as business needs evolve

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree with two or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions using strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation capabilities
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and performance expectations
  • Experience building positive working relationships and informally influencing or coordinating across diverse teams
