What You Will Do:

• Deliver front-line technical support to customers and dealers via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose product questions and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Document all customer interactions in the Case and Contact Management System (CCMS) accurately
• Develop and maintain online support tools and knowledge resources
• Drive customer satisfaction and support long-term retention efforts

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, engineering-related field, IT, or a similar field
• At least 6 months of customer service or support experience
  Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• High comfort level with consumer software, computer systems, and technical troubleshooting
• Availability to work outside standard hours, including occasional holidays
• Prior professional experience in agriculture or technology fields
