Are you a passionate Amazon Connect Developer with a knack for designing innovative telephony solutions? We are seeking a talented and dedicated Amazon Connect Developer to support and optimize our critical telephony platforms, ensuring seamless communication experiences for thousands of users. This long-term contract-to-hire role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge contact center technology and make a tangible impact across multiple client environments.

Work Model:

  • Hybrid
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 12-month, contract to hire
  • Long-term on-site presence required 3 days/week in Des Moines, IA; Chicago, IL; Sioux Falls, SD; or Fargo, ND (must be comfortable working these days consistently)

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, optimize, and support Amazon Connect solutions
  • Provide support and enhance 16 customer contact centers operation

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Several years of hands-on experience in telephony development, AWS cloud architecture, or contact center solutions
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and supporting enterprise-level contact centers
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing, prompts, queues, and telephony configuration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), including setup, call routing, Omni-Channel integration, and troubleshooting in the Salesforce-Amazon Connect ecosystem
  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda (Node or Python) for building and maintaining integrations
  • Ability to support after-hours releases and participate in on-call rotations
