We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to a C-suite leader for a temporary assignment. This role will also collaborate closely with other Administrative Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Sort, scan, file, and organize documents. Assist with drafting and formatting basic documents and presentations. 
  • Answer phone calls and welcome visitors to the facility and to the Director/CEO’s Office
  • Assist the Director/CEO in preparing for meetings, like printing documents and providing technical support
  • Work alongside other Administrative Assistants and internal departments to support board meetings, including setting up materials, scheduling, logistics, nametags, and refreshments
  • Assist with tracking projects and preparing materials for ongoing initiatives
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive and confidential information

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant or executive support experience
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, welcoming demeanor with a high level of discretion and adaptability
