Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide high-level operational and administrative support to executive leadership by focusing on execution, coordination, and discretion. This role translates strategic priorities into efficient workflows, effective communication, and dependable follow-through across functional teams. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
  • Serve as a primary administrative point of contact; create and edit professional communications and coordinate meetings across teams to ensure clear organization and timely execution
  • Maintain organized and confidential records; track deadlines, documents, and routine deliverables; prepare reports and summaries; and support day-to-day administrative workflows and process follow-through

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 3-5 years of experience with administrative support, preferably supporting senior leadership
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Zoom
  • Credentialing experience (preferred)
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems (preferred)
