This Electrical Engineer role offers a strong blend of technical responsibility and leadership, giving you ownership of electrical and controls systems from design through product release. You’ll work on complex equipment where your contributions directly impact performance and reliability, while collaborating across teams and helping guide engineering standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead design reviews, troubleshooting efforts, and key technical decisions
  • Design and develop electrical and control systems, including schematics, wiring layouts, panels, and motor controls
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and service
  • Develop, program, and support PLC software (CoDeSys) and operator interface systems
  • Drive new product development from initial concept through final release
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable industry standards, including UL 508A compliance

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, controls engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong experience with PLC programming (CoDeSys) and AC/DC power systems
  • Minimum of 5 years working with electrical and control systems
  • Background supporting industrial or mobile equipment control systems
  • Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP systems
