Property Manager

Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Monday – Friday
• 1-2 Saturdays/monthly, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Thursday off

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property while delivering excellent customer service to residents
• Manage property performance, including occupancy (tours, final walkthroughs, etc.)
• Ensure the property is well-maintained 
• Prepare reports, resident communications, and required documentation

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate degree (or equivalent combination of education and related experience); previous property management or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi and multi-unit residential property management is preferred
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
