What You Will Do:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations, and coordinate audits
• Oversee cost accounting, pricing, profitability analysis, variance reporting, banking relationships, and financial oversight activities
• Manage and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic planning, operational initiatives, and organizational goals

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls
• Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
