What You Will Do:

• Lead early-phase product definition by translating customer business and regulatory needs into system requirements through cross-functional collaboration
• Drive design and integration of embedded software, wiring, electromechanical,l and thermal subsystems into manufacturable products
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet timelines and production readiness goals
• Evaluate designs using modeling, simulation, benchmarking, testing, and data analysis
• Participate in and facilitate ideation activities to generate innovative concepts
• Develop prototypes and execute verification and validation test plans

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Over 6 years of experience in engineering product development or early-stage innovation
• Strong knowledge and hands-on capability in mechanical and thermal systems
• Able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts across all levels of an organization
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
