Work Model:

• On-Site

• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses seeking top talent
• Demand for quality, timely service is high–and you’ll play a key role in meeting that need
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters specializing in office administration and customer service staffing
• Source candidates from our talent pipeline that includes:
  • A database of over 200,000 contacts
  • Referrals, job postings, applications, resume databases, and social media
• Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities, qualify needs, and present talent solutions
• Cross-sell services locally and across Iowa
• Network to strengthen connections with clients and candidates
• Deliver compelling value propositions to senior-level leaders

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Top performer with a proven track record of success in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
• Growing market share with existing and new clients
• Experience building lasting relationships and the ability to understand client business and hiring needs
