We are seeking a detail-oriented Annuities Client Support Specialist to support retirement planning clients through exceptional service, accurate documentation, and proactive communication. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, Retirement Planners, and financial institutions, ensuring a seamless client experience from meeting preparation through follow-up and account servicing. What You Will Do:

• Prepare client meeting materials and complete post-appointment service requests and transactions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and account-related needs
• Coordinate documentation and communicate with custodians, carriers, and financial institutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized support and follow-through
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of client activities and transactions
• Partner with planners, paraplanners, and internal teams to resolve issues and support client goals
• Provide guidance on retirement-related topics such as annuities, Medicare, Social Security, and RMDs

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Financial services experience, including annuity products, required
• Current Life & Health Insurance License required
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
