Human Resources Manager

What You Will Do:

• Lead all HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, payroll, training, and compliance
• Partner with leadership to support business objectives and workforce planning
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Oversee HRIS systems, reporting, and workforce analytics.
• Manage FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Workers' Compensation, and other employee programs
• Support recruiting efforts and talent management strategies.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent HR experience
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
