Licensed Mechanical Engineer

Seeking an experienced Licensed Mechanical Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of complex utility and building systems projects across institutional, healthcare, commercial, and other facility types. This role works closely with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to develop mechanical solutions, create construction documentation, and provide technical support throughout project execution. What You Will Do:

• Design and engineer utility systems including steam, chilled water, hot water, compressed air, and related infrastructure
• Develop mechanical system designs for facility projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and associated building systems
• Prepare construction documents and engineering drawings using Revit and 3D modeling tools
• Coordinate designs with electrical, structural, civil, architectural, and other project stakeholders
• Support projects through multiple phases, from planning and design to construction administration activities
• Perform site visits for field investigations, measurements, data gathering, and existing condition assessments
• Review construction progress and provide technical observations during project execution
• Manage priorities, schedules, and project deliverables while maintaining engineering quality standards

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing utility systems such as steam, chilled water, hot water, or compressed air systems
• Proficiency with Revit or comparable 3D building design software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and manage workload priorities
