Shipping and Receiving Clerk

 The Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays a key role in verifying outgoing orders against shipping documentation, securely packaging them, and shipping them according to customer specifications. This position supports efficient operations and high customer satisfaction through attention to detail and accuracy. Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You Will Do:

• Unload parts from storage bins at the beginning of each shift
• Review job sheets and attach appropriate part identification labels to all customer parts
• Verify parts against job sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Package, skid, and wrap customer parts according to shipping requirements and destination
• Prepare boxed shipments for parcel carriers, including UPS and other designated couriers

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate electronic work instructions and shipping software
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints and technical drawings accurately and efficiently
