Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide support to employees. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills will help you succeed in this role. If you have at least one year of related customer service experience, we encourage you to apply today!

What You Will Do:

Provide support to employees via phone and email
Troubleshoot issues around personal computing platforms, hardware, software, mobile devices, virtual environments, etc.
Provide follow-up on incidents
Document incidents thoroughly
Escalate issues when needed to appropriate teams or leadership

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

College degree
1-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of common helpdesk practices,
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
