What You Will Do:

  • Lead the engineering design, development, installation, and support of electrical systems and components
  • Research, develop, and test electrical equipment, systems, and networks to enhance manufacturing processes
  • Program and troubleshoot products, including motion, safety, and HMI interfaces
  • Design hardware solutions such as low-voltage power distribution, UL 508A control panels, and VFD configurations
  • Determine research methods and testing procedures for electrical equipment and systems
  • Execute electrical control system designs, UL508A panel fabrication, machine installation, and startup activities
  • Ensure control system standardization and evaluate existing equipment for cost, safety, and quality improvements
  • Recommend modifications or upgrades to equipment and processes to maintain technological leadership

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
    Proven experience in PLC ladder logic, Safety PLC programming, and HMI design

  • Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software: Studio/RS Logix 5000, FactoryTalk View, RSLinx, Asset Center
  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk Revit, and other Autodesk tools
  • Skilled in Fanuc robotics software and operation
  • Hardware design expertise in low-voltage power distribution (<600VAC), UL 508A controls, VFD sizing, and Ethernet/IP networking
