• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes and projects from planning to delivery
• Own tasks, set priorities, and execute detailed action plans independently
• Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to peers and junior colleagues
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and share updates
• Influence operational practices by recommending improvements and collaborating across functions
• Analyze multifaceted issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions
• Conduct in-depth assessments using scenario-based evaluations to inform decision-making
• Contribute to departmental results through cross-team collaboration and best practice sharing
• Monitor process effectiveness through KPIs and implement enhancements where necessary

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance operations
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience resolving multifaceted issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements
• Ability to train and coach peers or junior colleagues in best practices
• Familiarity with measuring performance through KPIs and monitoring effectiveness
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
