Staff Accountant

Work Model:

• On-Site in Ankeny or Ames

What You Will Do:

• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements
• Preparation of payroll tax forms, W-2s and 1099s
• Assist with client bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Run client payroll

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
• 1+ years of Accounting experience
• Prior experience with payroll and or client bookkeeping preferred
• Prior CPA firm experience is advantageous
• Strong computer experience, including Microsoft Office products
