Our client is seeking a talented BIM Technician to play a pivotal role in transforming electrical layouts into precise, detailed, and deployable 3D models. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and update 3D models and construction documents using Revit, Navisworks, Fabrication, and related tools
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and project requirements
  • Incorporate as-built conditions, field markups, and process point cloud or laser scan data accurately
  • Create Revit families, detailed drawings, and support fabrication and spool outputs for prefabrication
  • Review models for accuracy, resolve clashes, ensure standards compliance, and improve BIM workflows
  • Provide BIM support, training, troubleshooting, and maintain strong client relationships through quality deliverables

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk software including Revit (and add-ins), Navisworks, Fabrication, Recap, BIM360, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems design, layout, and construction processes
  • Experience working with Point Cloud/Laser scan files–alignment, compression, and operation
  • Skill in creating detailed 2D and 3D construction documents, including details, family parts, and spool drawings
