The Senior Sales Account Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth by building strong broker relationships, managing a book of business, and expanding market presence across key territories. What You Will Do:

  • Prospect and cold call insurance brokers and consultants
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term broker and client relationships
  • Manage an existing book of business, including renewals and client satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of products, services, and market trends
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned markets, including networks, vendors, and the competitive landscape
  • Drive revenue growth within the national sales division
  • Travel regularly for in‑person meetings with brokers and clients to establish market presence across

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the self‑funded or health benefits industry
  • Proven experience partnering with brokers, consultants, and internal technical teams
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize effectively with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
