We are seeking a dedicated IT Major Incident Lead to support a critical company-wide technology migration. What You Will Do:

  • Act as the post deployment support partner for the traveling migration team
  • Remotely support laptop and hardware setups deployed by the on site migration team
    *    Troubleshoot user accounts, profiles, and access in the new tenant environment and Active Directory
    *    Install, configure, and validate standard applications and software packages
    *    Ensure user access to email, file shares, applications, and network resources post migration
    *    Validate connectivity to security and compliance tools
    *    Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during and 
    *    Assist end users with login issues, application access, and basic troubleshooting
    *    Provide remote guidance and quick training on new system access and workflow change

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 3-4 years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Exposure to IT migrations or deployment/rollout projects
  • Experience supporting distributed or multi-site environments preferred
