The Accounting Adviser leads the preparation, analysis, and review of financial reports and forecasts to support management decision-making, including oversight of consolidated reporting, general ledger activities, and technical accounting research. Apply now to lead impactful financial reporting, drive technical accounting excellence, and support strategic decision-making at the highest level!

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports for renewable projects
  • Manage journal entries (including AP and inventory) and maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including review of team work
  • Support financial modeling, business planning, long-term forecasting, and special projects
  • Oversee consolidations across multiple entities and ensure accurate, timely reporting
  • Coordinate year-end audits and research and interpret accounting standards to assess reporting impacts
  • Maintain Oracle GL system (including account setup) and present financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to management

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s in accounting/finance/business (CPA/MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of accounting experience, with a strong financial reporting/analysis focus
  • Advanced GAAP knowledge and research capabilities
  • Strong Excel and system skills (Oracle experience preferred)
