We are seeking a Digital Technology Data Scientist Lead to drive advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives that support enterprise business operations and strategic decision-making for our client. This individual contributor role will partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to build scalable data solutions, deliver actionable insights, and influence business outcomes through data storytelling and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional communication skills and a consultative, business-focused mindset.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build and support predictive models, machine learning solutions, and advanced analytics initiatives using structured and unstructured data
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams while contributing to a center-of-excellence environment focused on innovation, scalability, and business impact

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields
  • Strong business acumen with experience translating complex data into meaningful business outcomes and actionable recommendations
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, supply chain, healthcare, retail, or similar operational environments preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, Azure Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and modern analytics platforms
  • Experience developing machine learning models, data visualizations, and enterprise analytics solutions
  • Exposure to modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architecture, Power Platform tools, and front-end application frameworks such as Flask or Gradio is a plus
