Test Technician

The Test Technician plays a vital role in supporting all new product development initiatives. This position collaborates across teams to handle development and testing needs. What You Will Do:

• Conduct tests for Business Unit and New Product Development teams, including setup, inspections, reporting, and Agile updates
• Set up analog and digital data acquisition and perform tests following procedures and engineering guidance
• Communicate test status, progress, and issues in a timely manner
• Support troubleshooting and analysis of malfunctioning units and recommend improvements
• Assist with design, build, ordering, and maintenance of test equipment, including calibration support
• Maintain lab organization and safety by applying 6S principles, completing audits, and following safety protocols

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate’s degree preferred
