Our client is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Leader to lead maintenance and facility operations across a manufacturing environment, with responsibility for equipment uptime, building systems, and overall site functionality. This role will oversee preventative maintenance planning, coordinate repairs, manage parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. What You Will Do:

  • Oversee maintenance of production equipment, building systems, and office infrastructure
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and documentation
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and assign work to internal or external resources
  • Respond to urgent equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain inventory of spare and replacement parts
  • Plan and coordinate equipment shutdowns with production leadership
  • Manage building upkeep, including roofing, doors, drainage, and general repairs
  • Oversee HVAC systems, utilities, and facility services
  • Coordinate with contractors and utility providers as needed
  • Ensure company vehicles and equipment meet safety and regulatory standards
  • Lead lockout/tagout procedures and training
  • Support site security through maintenance of access points and systems

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Experience overseeing maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
  • Ability to manage preventative maintenance programs and schedules
  • Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors
  • Knowledge of safety practices, including lockout/tagout procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and prioritize repairs
