The Industrial Maintenance Technician supports day-to-day equipment reliability by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a range of industrial equipment. This role partners closely with site leadership to reduce downtime, improve maintenance processes, and stabilize operations in a hands-on manufacturing setting. The position balances equipment-focused maintenance with occasional facility support and vendor coordination, offering a mix of repair and proactive preventive maintenance development.

What You Will Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and pneumatic equipment malfunctions
  • Install replace and maintain components including bearings pumps and air cylinders
  • Take apart and rebuild equipment to complete maintenance and repairs
  • Design and optimize preventive maintenance programs and schedules
  • Investigate recurring equipment issues and apply long term solutions
  • Assist with overall facility maintenance and liaise with external service vendors
  • Record and update maintenance logs documentation and service records
  • Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Experience in industrial maintenance repair or a closely related field
  • Solid mechanical troubleshooting abilities with practical knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Proven involvement in creating or enhancing preventive maintenance programs
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively prioritizing in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to assist with both equipment maintenance and general facility support
  • Welding capabilities considered an added advantage
