The Design Engineer focuses on supporting product verification and validation efforts by coordinating and managing testing programs while ensuring clear communication across engineering teams. You will play a key role in driving successful product development by planning and tracking test activities, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with design, lab, and validation teams to support continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate complex PV&V plans across virtual, laboratory, and field testing environments while building strong project management and technical expertise.   • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and oversee planning activities for product verification and validation programs while aligning schedules, resources, and deliverables across engineering teams
  • Manage testing programs by tracking progress, analyzing results, and communicating updates with design engineers, lab teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Support the development and execution of test plans including virtual analysis, lab testing, and field validation activities across multiple programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate product performance, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions using established methodologies
  • Maintain technical documentation, monitor program risks, and ensure adherence to project goals, safety standards, and quality requirements

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, agricultural engineering, or equivalent experience with product development or validation testing
  • Strong proficiency in Excel along with demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in project management with the ability to track programs, analyze technical data, and communicate insights clearly across teams
  • Self-directed mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to interpret and present technical information
