What You Will Do:

  • Oversee and lead key projects focused on operational efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction
  • Analyze processes, workflows, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and pull systems
  • Facilitate problem-solving events and continuous improvement initiatives across teams
  • Track and report on performance metrics to measure progress and drive accountability
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align improvement efforts with company goals

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing or operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and Lean principles.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen facilitation, 5S, TPM, and pull systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, facilitate teams, and drive change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Six Sigma or TQM techniques is a plus; Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
