Our client is searching for a Controller to join their team! This role will ensure the accuracy, organization, and consistency of both financial and administrative operations. They will also manage accounts payable/receivable, maintain bookkeeping, support payroll, and handle office administration to keep daily operations running smoothly. Apply now!

What You Will Do:

• Manage AP/AR, including invoicing, billing, collections, payments, and vendor communication
• Assist payroll by reviewing hours, resolving discrepancies, and preparing accurate data
• Keep bookkeeping records, perform reconciliations, and support the month-end close
• Oversee office administration (phones, mail, supplies, apparel, general support)
• Monitor vehicle registrations, insurance, and company documentation
• Maintain organized records for customers, vendors, and financial data
• Resolve timekeeping, reporting, and coding discrepancies
• Coordinate employee expenses, per diem, and travel logistics
• Assist with audits, reporting, and financial documentation

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in AP/AR, payroll support, bookkeeping, or office administration
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in operations-driven industries (e.g., construction, logistics) (preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll coordination, and admin functions
• QuickBooks experience (strongly preferred)
