Work Model:

• On-Site for Training:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-site for Work:
  • Monday – Thursday
  • Hybrid Friday – Sunday
• First shift hours with assigned rotating weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday)

What You Will Do:

• Deliver front-line support for product inquiries, issues, and customer concerns
• Engage customers across social media, email, and web channels, ensuring accurate documentation
• Monitor social platforms, respond to requests, and review content for quality and brand accuracy

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Prior work history using social media in a business/professional setting
• 6 months or more of customer service and support experience
• Experience with consumer software applications
• Preferred bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, communications, marketing, or related field
