Palmer Group is searching for a Customer Support Representative – Social Media to join our client's team! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer-first mindset, and previous experience supporting customers across social media platforms. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (during training)
  • 8-hour shift between 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM (following training)
  • Monday – Friday
  • Monthly rotating weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver front-line technical support via social media as the primary channel (plus email/web), resolving product inquiries, issues, and complaints to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Actively monitor and engage on assigned social platforms, responding quickly to support requests and escalating complex cases with clear, accurate documentation in CRM systems
  • Provide detailed product guidance (availability, compatibility, parts, and experience-related inquiries) while ensuring consistent, solution-oriented communication across all interactions
  • Review and approve outbound social responses/content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment, maintaining high-quality standards across all customer-facing communications

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information, de-escalate concerns, and deliver solutions in a customer-friendly tone
  • Hands-on experience supporting customers across social media platforms and confidence in navigating multiple digital tools and CRM systems
  • Solid troubleshooting mindset with the ability to quickly learn product information and resolve issues independently while managing multiple interactions across channels
  • Customer-first attitude, prior customer service experience, and familiarity with agriculture, turf, or technology products are a plus
