We are seeking an experienced Controller / Office Manager to lead financial operations and oversee office management for a growing organization. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the President, with responsibility for building scalable financial processes and managing a small team. What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations
- Prepare month-end financial reports, reconciliations, and account reviews
- Manage cash flow, banking, company credit cards, and asset tracking
- Establish and improve financial processes to support continued growth
- Oversee payroll, benefits, insurance, and retirement plan coordination
- Serve as primary contact for external vendors, financial partners, and technical providers
- Manage day-to-day office operations and general administrative functions
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 3+ years of related experience within accounting
- Prior manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Background supporting companies in high-growth environments
- Strong leadership, organization, and hands-on execution skills
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, casual office culture
