What You Will Do:

• Oversee and direct daily production operations within a fast-moving, high-volume, multi-product manufacturing setting
• Champion and reinforce a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all policies and continuous improvement across the facility
• Partner with warehouse teams to streamline processes, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient order fulfillment

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Demonstrated success in handling dynamic, high-pressure production schedules with shifting priorities
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Deep understanding of large-scale, multi-SKU production processes
• Experience aligning production and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and throughput
• Industry experience in consumer packaged goods or a comparable sector
