What You Will Do:

  • Lead financial accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, prepare financial statements, and manage intercompany transactions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts
  • Collaborate with external accountants, tax preparers, and financial advisors to ensure compliance and optimize financial strategies

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Strong expertise in financial accounting, including reconciliations, financial statement prep, and transaction management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Public accounting experience or previous work supporting a family office or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners
  • At least five years of relevant accounting or financial management experience, ideally within a family office or similarly complex setting (preferred)
