Indexing Specialist

Our client is searching for an Indexing Specialist to join their team! This role will process incoming paperwork, resolve inquiries for clients and advisors, organize and maintain documentation, and support overall operational efficiency. What You Will Do:

• Process incoming financial paperwork, account maintenance requests, and client distributions
• Provide account information and operational support to financial professionals and clients
• Research and resolve inquiries while ensuring timely follow-up
• Interpret and communicate company policies, procedures, and financial industry regulations
• Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Organize, index, and maintain documentation using database and proprietary software systems
• Manage documents received through mailroom scanning, electronic submissions, and internal channels
• Utilize database, spreadsheet, email, and word-processing applications while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• At least 6 months – 1 year of related education, training, or experience
• Previous experience in administrative support, financial services, operations, or client service (preferred)
