What You Will Do:

  • Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar while protecting focus time and prioritizing requests
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Prepare agendas, supporting materials, meeting notes, action items, and accountability trackers
  • Manage executive communications and draft professional emails, letters, and other correspondence
  • Maintain project, task, and priority tracking systems and follow up through completion
  • Support strategic planning processes, goal tracking, dashboards, scorecards, and progress reporting
  • Coordinate EOS logistics, communications, notes, priorities, and accountability activities
  • Manage travel arrangements, appointments, personal commitments, and special projects
  • Conduct research and prepare executive briefings, summaries, recommendations, and decision-support materials
  • Create presentations, organize documentation, improve workflows, and develop training resources

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, or business owners
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and productivity tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Follows through consistently on commitments and responsibilities
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
