Accounts Payable Specialist

What You Will Do: 

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice receipt entry and processing
• Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and issue weekly checks
• Maintain accurate data entry and financial records
• Process and reconcile credit card statements
• Support project coordination, reporting, and accounting functions while expanding system knowledge

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• Proven office and organizational skills
