What You Will Do:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
• Process and enter approved customer and accounting invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review billing information to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather billing details and job-related information
• Distribute invoices to customers and respond to billing inquiries professionally
• Partner with corporate teams to address and resolve invoice-related issues
• Meet critical month-end deadlines by completing billing activities within established timelines
• Stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities and deliverables

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline
• 1+ years of related experience in a corporate setting preferred
• Previous invoicing or billing experience is beneficial but not required
• Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including debits and credits
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
