What You Will Do:

• Maintain and nurture client relationships per company standards
• Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure a successful client experience
• Participate in planning and designing solutions for clients
• Provide internal and external communication to those involved in each project
• Create and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
• Manage existing service contracts and optimize service delivery
• Lead equipment upgrade projects, ensuring safety and quality

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction- or engineering-related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
