Join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist and play a key role in supporting factory operations through supplier management, planning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Execute supply planning activities within established systems and processes to support factory operations
  • Manage purchased parts delivery and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers, analyze performance issues, and provide feedback on key supplier management indicators
  • Collect and organize information on cost drivers, market dynamics, innovation opportunities, and alternative suppliers
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing operations and contributing new ideas

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adjust priorities throughout the day in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with suppliers, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or operations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply management, supply chain, operations, or a related field and SAP experience preferred
