We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist with experience in inventory control or a related area. This role supports inventory integrity, production accuracy, and cycle counting processes in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive cycle counting program to support inventory accuracy
  • Conduct accurate physical counts of raw materials and finished goods to ensure inventory integrity
  • Reconcile finished goods production records with actual manufacturing output
  • Track and validate component usage, material returns, and shop floor inventory discrepancies
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
  • Knowledge of MRP concepts and ERP systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace and Outlook 
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to prepare reports, present findings, and collaborate with all levels of management
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field
  • Associate degree in materials planning, supply chain management, business, or a related discipline (preferred)
