Work Model:

  • Remote
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client and prospect financial data to identify patterns and opportunities
  • Support the development of comprehensive, personalized retirement strategies aligned with client goals
  • Assist in modeling financial scenarios and assessing potential plan outcomes
  • Research investment options, insurance products, and market trends to strengthen recommendations
  • Prepare all materials for client meetings, including reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate pre-visit communications to gather necessary updates and documents from clients
  • Maintain organized and compliant client records, updating financial plans and documentation regularly
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards in all work
  • Collaborate with team members to support department goals and operational efficiency

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven experience supporting retirement or financial planners with analysis and plan preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data review and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial planning software such as Retirement Analyzer and Nitrogen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for data management
  • Knowledge of financial and retirement planning strategies and industry regulations
  • Ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and investment reports
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model financial scenarios effectively
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Agile and able to anticipate potential issues proactively
